Our History

My name is Antonio McGrath, and since I was born in 1975, my life has always been surrounded by golf and country clubs. My family has owned Golf Sherwood Park Country Club since 1958 when my great-grand-father founded the Club and taught my grandpa everything about golf and the country club business.

Later in 1975, right before I was born, my father started to manage the Golf Sherwood Park Country Club and turned the club into his life. Now 40+ years have passed, and it is now time for me to take control of the family business.

The first thing which came to my mind was how to get the country club to gain more exposure.

Why are We Here

The answer is simple: creating a website to share helpful golf-related content for beginners in order for them to know more about the sport, the ways to play it, and of course, the Country Club.

This way, the website and country club will reach wider audiences enticing people to play and learn with our golf experts.

At Golf Sherwood Park, our team of coaches are waiting for you to set a date and time in order to start playing golf. Feel like a professional player and make your first hole-in-one in no time with the help of our specialists.

If you live far away and don’t have the chance to visit our premises, online coaching is also part of the services offered to our clients.

Our Goals for the Future

With this project, Golf Sherwood Park wants to become a reliable and respected digital source of information filled with content about golf and the best clubhouses in the world.

The new approach will get people’s attention and as a reward, Golf Sherwood Park Country Club will offer better subscription plans for new club member and business partners.

One of the special features Golf Sherwood Park has is its Online Coaching feature, in which players can learn and get direct feedback from our experts from remote parts of the world.

Using videos and audio messages as a way to monitor the progress of the player, our golf specialists will be able to train and guide you to become a professional golfer.

Our goal is to grow the fan base and create an online golf academy certified by the authorities in the matter, in order to teach people in a remote way. Discover all we have to share with our audience and startplaying like a pro golfer now.
